Nothing on this site is available only on this site. Anything published here can be provided in another form, at no cost to you, including:

• property details, figures and disclosures read to you over the telephone or sent as plain text or large print;
• descriptions of photographs, plans and map information given in words;
• documents supplied in an alternative format on request; and
• the same service you would receive through the site given directly by a licensee, in person, by telephone or by email.

The firm also makes reasonable accommodations and modifications in the way it does business, so that a person with a disability receives the same service as anyone else. If you need something arranged differently, ask.
