Julie is the Principal Broker and owner of Island Boutique Realty, a fourth-generation real estate professional with more than 35 years in the business and licensed in Hawaii since 1992. She has also held licenses in California and Oregon. She represents buyers and sellers across Hawaii Island, with particular depth in Waimea, Waikoloa, the Kohala Coast, Kona and West Hawaii's resort communities. Away from the brokerage she travels widely and visits her three grown sons on the West Coast, and she is dog mom to her Goldendoodle, Beau. She is also a certified health and life coach.
