Jenna Cummings

Born and raised on Oahu and now calling Hawaii Island home, Jenna Cummings has built her life around family, community, entrepreneurship, and taking care of people. As a mom of six boys, she also understands firsthand both the privilege and the challenges of raising a family in Hawaii, and how increasingly difficult it can feel for local families and younger generations to imagine owning a home here. That is a big part of what led Jenna to real estate.

She believes homeownership may be more attainable than many people realize, and she is passionate about helping people understand the path to getting there. For Jenna, that means more than helping someone find a property. It means educating, connecting clients with resources, helping them understand their options, and guiding them through decisions that can create stability and opportunity for years to come.

Jenna came to real estate with an unusually varied professional background spanning hospitality, property management, private aviation, retail, and entrepreneurship. The common thread throughout her career has been customer service: looking after people properly when something important to them is on the line. Dates matter. Details matter. Communication matters.

Jenna is also an entrepreneur who has opened, operated, and built businesses of her own on both Oahu and Hawaii Island. Having negotiated leases, hired and managed teams, carried overhead, marketed businesses, and made the kinds of decisions that come with having her own money on the line, she brings a practical business perspective to real estate, particularly when helping clients evaluate an investment or understand the true potential and cost of a property.

Creativity is another important part of what Jenna brings to her work. With experience and a genuine passion for home staging, interior decorating, and graphic design, she naturally sees both what a property is and what it could become. For buyers, that can mean seeing possibilities that are easy to overlook. For sellers, it means thoughtful guidance on presentation, staging, and marketing a home so that buyers can connect with it.

Her connection to Hawaii's families extends well beyond real estate. For years, Jenna and her family were deeply involved in youth sports, from football and flag leagues to 7v7 programs and youth training. Those years gave her the opportunity to know and serve families throughout the community and strengthened something she already believed deeply: Hawaii's next generation deserves the opportunity to build a future here.

That belief is at the heart of Jenna's real estate practice. Whether she is representing a first-time homebuyer, a growing family, an investor, or a seller preparing for their next chapter, she brings the same qualities that have carried her throughout her career: resourcefulness, creativity, strong negotiation, attention to detail, and a genuine commitment to the people who trust her to represent them.

Outside of real estate, Jenna finds the most joy in the simple things that keep her connected to home, family, and the islands she loves. An avid pickleball player, she has competed in more than 30 tournaments, including PPA events, and loves the energy and challenge of being on the court. In her quieter moments, you'll often find her hunting for seashells along the shoreline, working on her family's homestead, or simply enjoying time with the people who mean the most to her.
